The company sometimes feel like home to me. Although i work here, but i do have this feeling.Anyways,lets come back to the topic again.&lt;br /&gt;I have analyzed the question and i have come to the following things:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;If you have a commitment, whether Oral or Written, never Break It.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Never leave just for Money.. unless the difference worth it. We all need money but remember we do not work just for money. If money would be the only thing that force us to work then what for our personal satisfaction and the fulfillment of the responsibilities that the society delegates you as an educated member of the society.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Try to take a close idea of the working environment, people and management attitudes and the working psychology behind the organization.You are lucky if you have a friend already working there !&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Try to switch to the place where you can breath fresh with all your ideas and innovations given respect and due attention&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;This is end for now....
